Accounting Administrative Assistant Location Lexington, KY :

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently process payroll, ensuring timely payments to employees and contractors.
• Manage travel & expense reports, verifying expenses and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Track and organize internal company expenses, including operating costs, travel, and project expenditures.
• Assist with financial reporting to measure channel profitability and overall operational efficiency.
• Maintain organized records of payroll, expense, and financial transactions for auditing and reporting purposes.
• Provide assistance regarding payroll, expense, and financial inquiries.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business is a plus.
• Previous administrative experience with a focus on payroll, expense management, and/or accounting.
• Familiarity with financial principles and expense categorization
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong multitasking, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• A sense of humor and a positive attitude that contributes to a fun, focused work environment.

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts (No weekends).

Preferred Experience

• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
• Administrative and/or Accounting Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Bookkeeping experience: (Preferred but not required)
