Greet and assist current & prospective residents
Answer phones and respond to inquiries
Schedule tours and present apartment homes
Qualify leads and support leasing efforts
Handle service requests and resident needs

1+ year of leasing experience

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Energetic, enthusiastic, and service-oriented
Comfortable with computers and leasing software
