What are we looking for

Cosentino Ireland team is looking for an Architect & Designer Sales Manager in order to grow the Commercial Area of the business. The Architect & Designer Sales Manager in in charge of obtain design specifications from an existing portfolio of Architects and Specifiers and develop new business with key project accounts in the area (Leinster).
Candidate should be self-sufficient, resilient with a hunter mentality, and strong work ethic and flexible attitude. 

What you will do

• Develops and executes short- and long-term sales strategies to engage architects, designers, developers, and property managers, aiming to secure specifications and sales for Cosentino surfaces across various applications.
• Builds new project opportunities through direct sales efforts and strong professional relationships.
• Delivers formal product presentations to key stakeholders and promotes Cosentino at industry events.
• Manages project details and client relationships using Salesforce CRM.
• Oversees sales development and budget management within assigned territory.
• Supports regional rollouts for corporate accounts, including travel when necessary.
• Ensures proper product application through continuous learning and collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Provides market insights and recommendations to senior management.

What you need to succeed

The candidate should live in the area to cover: Dublin.
EXPERIENCE
Must have at least 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
SKILLS
Must be local.
Ideally with some experience in façades.
EDUCATION
Ideally bachelor’s degree.

You will work closely with Sean Nixon as a General Manager and a great team of another five Retail Sales Managers, an Architect & Designer Sales Manager.
