Assembly Technician
Pay: $17 – $18.50 per hour DOE (+11.5% shift premium on all hours worked)
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 3:30 p.m. – 2:00 a.m.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable Assembly Technician to join a growing manufacturing team in Tulsa. This role is responsible for reviewing work orders, acquiring parts, and assembling new products with precision. The Assembly Technician will also assist with testing, repairs, and documentation while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Use hand and power tools to make or repair parts and products.
• Interpret technical documents such as diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.
• Keep a clean and organized workspace .
• Meet all safety requirements of the company and industry.
• Troubleshoot and solve problems as they arise.
• Assist with repairs and maintenance efforts to improve products and services.
• Document test procedures, data, and results .
• Perform electrical wiring and riveting tasks as required.

Requirements

• Ability to follow written and oral directions .
• Proven experience with mechanical assemblies .
• Strong ability to meet production schedules and quality standards .
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have experience with hand and power tools .
• Previous work with electrical wiring and riveting required.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs as needed.
• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks while sitting or standing for extended periods.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• This is a safety-sensitive position due to work involving hazardous materials, operation of equipment, and processes that could affect safety and health.
• Work requires frequent standing, bending, squatting, and climbing .
• Involves handling, processing, and transporting materials and operating machinery or tools.
