What You’ll Do
Start the day with purpose: Stock our bakery case with fresh, high-quality pastries before opening.
Craft with care: Produce baked goods following established recipes while keeping the highest standards of food safety and quality.
Support the team: Work closely with our Bakery Manager, from prepping ingredients to arranging pastries for the perfect display.
Think creatively: Share and develop new pastry ideas from concept to customer.
Keep it fresh: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
Be part of the vibe: Communicate with café staff, connect with customers through your work, and contribute to the positive culture that makes Snowy Owl special.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in baking (professional or strong practical background)
Morning and weekend availability (consistency is key)
A proactive, self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Someone who takes pride in quality, has an eye for detail, and enjoys collaborating
Competitive pay: $20–$24/hour
Full-time, year-round employment (rare on Cape Cod!)
