Benefits Manager (Remote – EST/CST required)
Urgent need!
We are seeking an experienced Benefits Manager to oversee the day-to-day administration of health & welfare, leave/FMLA, and retirement programs. In this role, you’ll partner with HR Business Partners and third-party administrators to resolve escalated benefits issues, ensure smooth integrations, and deliver excellent employee support. You’ll also supervise a Benefits Coordinator and provide guidance on compliance, documentation, and open enrollment processes.
Requirements:
3–5+ years of Benefits Management experience
Strong knowledge of health & welfare and 401(k) programs
Experience with Workday Absence and/or Benefitsolver preferred
Bachelor’s degree preferred; HR/Benefits certification a plus
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder
Must be located in EST or CST time zones with strong, stable job history
This is a remote position with occasional travel as needed.
