Compensation & Benefits
Total Annual Compensation: $75,000–$107,000
Your compensation includes a competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives.

Position Overview
Based out of our Katy clinic, you will oversee and deliver ABA services across clinic, home, and community settings. You’ll lead treatment planning, supervise RBTs, and collaborate closely with families and care teams, while contributing to program development and clinical excellence.
