• Starting rate for Boiler Operator $33.28 up to $36.81 with license within a year
• Schedule: Must be available for rotating shifts & overtime as needed

Develop your talents by applying your expertise within our facility inAshland as the Boiler Operator :

• Follow all safety rules and standard operational procedures
• Monitor and inspect equipment alarms safety devices and meters to detect leaks or malfunctions and to ensure that equipment is operating efficiently and safely
• Observe and interpret readings on gauges meters and charts registering various aspects of boiler operation
• Analyze problems and take appropriate action to ensure continuous and reliable operation of the boiler/powerhouse
• Attend and participate in daily crew meetings

Theres nobody quite like you! Respect your true nature by putting forward your strengths:

• Boiler license is ideal for position or 3-5 years of related boiler experience
• Manufacturing experience and boiler operation experience and consistent work history preferred
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent and 3-5 years related experience required
• Must show a commitment to an interdependent safety-first attitude
• Consistently display positive behavior that supports the organizations goals and objectives
• Must be mechanically inclined and understand mechanical principles
• This job entails bending walking lifting and climbing throughout the shift
• Ability to work independently and in a team empowerment culture
• Highly flexible with the ability to adjust to the demands of the job produce high quality work and can be dependent on to complete assigned tasks. Must be a self-starter
• Ability to communicate well with others and able to participate in team meetings
