Job Responsibilities:
- Anticipate heating and cooling load conditions to efficiently operate and sequence major HVAC equipment.
- Provide service to customers by responding to routine and emergency situations.
- Communicate with staff regarding repair and status of comfort conditions.
- Determine malfunction and either adjust/repair or call for mechanical or operational assistance.
- Operates and maintains a wide variety of plumbing, heating, air conditioning equipment and other systems to support this work environment.

Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or a bachelor's degree
- Four years’ experience in environmental equipment operation and the equivalent technical knowledge level of the trade typically received through a formal apprentice program is required.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired is required
