Anticipate heating and cooling load conditions to efficiently operate and sequence major HVAC equipment.
Provide service to customers by responding to routine and emergency situations.
Communicate with staff regarding repair and status of comfort conditions.
Determine malfunction and either adjust/repair or call for mechanical or operational assistance.
Operates and maintains a wide variety of plumbing, heating, air conditioning equipment and other systems to support this work environment.

High school diploma or a bachelor's degree
Four years’ experience in environmental equipment operation and the equivalent technical knowledge level of the trade typically received through a formal apprentice program is required.
An equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired is required
