If so, NEXT Door & Window is looking for enthusiastic, outgoing individuals to join our team as Brand Ambassadors in our Schaumburg, Mettawa, Lake in the Hills, Naperville, Plainfield, and Oak Brook Warehouses. NEXT Door & Window has been serving Chicagoland homeowners for over 20 years and has an excellent reputation in the market. NEXT recently received the BBB Torch Award for business ethics based on our high standards and exceptional performance. We are planning for significant growth this year from an exciting new partnership with Costco and an expanded local event marketing schedule. NEXT offers a highly collaborative, rewarding work environment and we encourage our team members to find ways to expand their skillset and pursue new opportunities within the organization. As a Brand Ambassador , your role will be to engage with Costco shoppers, initiate conversations about their window and door replacement needs, and help them take the next step by scheduling a free in-home estimate with one of our wonderful In-Home Sales Representatives. You’ll distribute marketing materials, share valuable information, and build relationships—understanding that not every conversation will result in an immediate yes. But don't worry, we're looking for someone who can handle the "no's" with grace and keep the energy high to create new opportunities! We offer a competitive pay rate and unlimited bonus potential based on your personal performance. The more leads you generate, the more you earn—simple as that! Brand Ambassador Compensation/Benefits

• *******$19.00 per hour plus $35 for each appointment set! (Earning as much as $550+ weekly in addition to hourly pay)
• You will ALSO be rewarded revenue share from sales generated from the Brand Ambassador's leads, rewarding an additional $50-$600 biweekly (or per pay period), dependent on job size and lead performance.
• Quarterly profit sharing for full-time employees

Brand Ambassador Basic Requirements:

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Willingness to travel up to 20 miles to Costco warehouses
• Must be able to stand or sit for 8+ hours daily
• Able to work a varying schedule (hours/warehouse locations)
• Weekend availability a must
• Your background check requires no felonies within seven (7) years.
