Firehouse is adding around 100 restaurants per year around the nation with over 1,000 restaurants and plenty of room for growth. As franchisees, we own two territories, and are considering expansion. We are consistently ranked one of the top LSR/sandwich chain restaurants in growth in Restaurant Business Magazine, and continual top Service and Atmosphere restaurant in many other polls.

• Accountable for taking the guest's order, and reading it back for confirmation
• Able to communicate effectively with guests and handle questions and concerns in a professional manner

• Maintains an organized, stocked, and sanitary work space
• Able and willing to complete other restaurant functions such as team member, cleaning, food prep per management direction, or any other duties assigned by the general manager, assistant manager, or shift leader
• Maintains a safe work environment, adhering to all established food and safety guidelines
• Restaurant experience preferred but not required
Additional Requirements:
• Computer skills including some Microsoft software and register skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop through-out assigned shift
• Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° F
