Job Duties & Responsibilities
· Develop and execute the company’s technology strategy in alignment with business objectives.
· Identify and implement emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize strategic initiatives.
· Oversee all aspects of technology development, including software engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data management.
· Ensure scalability, security, and reliability of technology platforms.
· Partner with the AI team to integrate artificial intelligence and machine learning into products, services, and operations.
· Support the development and deployment of AI-driven solutions.
· Manage vendor relationships and technology partnerships.
· Build and lead a high-performing technology team.
· Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
· Mendor and develop technical talent across the organization.
· Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
· Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and controls.
· Develop and manage the technology budget.
· Optimize resource allocation to maximize ROI on technology investments.
· Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or related field.
· Master’s degree preferred.
· A minimum of 10 years’ progressive experience in technology leadership.
· A minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.
· Deep understanding of software development, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.
· Experience working with AI/ML technologies and data science teams.
· Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and business acumen.
· Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
· Visionary mindset with a bias for action.
· Passionate about solving real-world problems for customers.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
