As a Civil/Concrete Foreman, you will play a key role in leading crews, ensuring project success, and contributing to a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. Responsibilities

• Lead construction crews to complete projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule
• Coordinate and oversee the work of subcontractors and team members
• Prepare and submit daily progress and crew time reports
• Collaborate with project teams throughout all phases to ensure project success
• Schedule and manage equipment, labor, and materials for assigned projects
• Operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment as needed
• Support training and development programs for team members
• Promote a positive, safety-focused work environment

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in concrete or site work
• At least 2 years of management or supervisory experience
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and layouts
• Strong problem-solving skills in a dynamic work environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a desire for continuous growth
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams
• Willingness to work some evenings and weekends as required

Compensation

Prevailing Wages are offered for this full-time position. Pay is distributed weekly.
