Commercial Roofing Project Manager – Charleston, SC

Pay: $80,000 – $120,000 per year (based on experience)
Type: Full-Time

We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee complex roofing projects from start to finish in the Charlotte, NC area. This is a key leadership role within our growing organization—ideal for someone who thrives on managing teams, building client relationships, and ensuring every project exceeds expectations.

What You’ll Do

• Plan & Schedule: Develop detailed project timelines and phasing plans to keep work flowing smoothly from day one.

• Budget & Cost Control: Manage budgets through ECAC and WIP reviews—keeping every project on track and profitable.

• Lead the Team: Direct manpower, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure seamless communication between field teams and office operations.

• Client Engagement: Build strong client relationships through consistent communication, professionalism, and top-tier service.

• Quality & Safety: Uphold company standards by enforcing safety protocols and performing quality control throughout each phase of the project.

• Materials & Inventory: Oversee material procurement, inventory tracking, and purchase orders to ensure projects stay fully supplied.

• Project Closeout: Manage inspections, punch lists, and all closeout documentation—ensuring every client signs off completely satisfied.

• Support & Collaboration: Partner with estimating teams, assist with service projects, and help develop best practices across operations.

What You Bring

• Proven success as a Project Manager in the commercial roofing industry .

• Deep understanding of commercial roofing systems, materials, and installation methods.

• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

• Familiarity with local (South Carolina/Tennessee region) building codes and permitting processes.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and travel within the region as needed.
