**Job Title: Technician - Mitigation Department** **About the Role:** Join our team to assist with emergency mitigation work at commercial properties. Full-time, 40 hrs/week. **Key Responsibilities:** - Respond to emergency losses - Perform water extraction, drying, demolition, and cleanup - Inspect damage and set up drying equipment - Monitor temperatures and humidity using detection tools - Remove damaged materials (flooring, drywall, cabinets, furniture) - Participate in on-call rotation **Requirements:** - 3+ years construction experience - 3+ years customer service or similar - Ability to follow directions and take initiative - Clean driving record - Tech-savvy **Why Join Us:** - Growth opportunities (lead role in 6-12 months) - Featured on HGTV's Restoration 911 - Family-like culture - Benefits: overtime, 401k (3% match), 80 hrs PTO, health/dental, HSA/FSA, cell allowance, paid holidays, profit sharing **Schedule:** Mon-Fri, 7:00 am-3:30/4:00 pm On-call: 1 night/week + 1 weekend every 4 weeks (extra incentives) **Kat Swiggum 763 923 2758** **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Hope, MN. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
