We need an attorney who is motivated to help lots of people, wants to learn every day, and would love to be part of an amazing team that wins together. The attorney will be responsible for Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 consumer bankruptcy cases, representing debtors from all walks of life across Arizona.

Responsibilities:
- Counsel clients by assessing options and determining the best course of action for a successful outcome
- Appear in court on behalf of clients and argue motions during legal proceedings
- Oversee paralegals, law clerks, and administrative staff
- Identify client conflicts and determine case strategies with options for resolution
- Draft correspondence, legal pleadings, motions, and briefs
Qualifications:
- Prior experience working in a law firm for a minimum of 1-2 years required
- Decision-making, public speaking, problem-solving, interpersonal skills, and communication skills are a must
- Current member of State Bar of Arizona in good standing
