Salary: $41,600 - 41,600 per year Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• In this role, I will assist customers in navigating our software, helping them locate previous returns and amendments, and escalating calls as needed. I will provide support through various channels, including video chat and traditional chat.

Earnings Potential:
- Earn up to $0.30 per talk minute ($0.31 for those bilingual in Spanish and English), with additional incentives available up to $0.04 per minute.
- Contractors who meet or exceed key metrics typically earn the equivalent of $20/hour, plus great peak incentives.

Schedule:
- This seasonal contract will run through April 15th (Tax Day).
- Enjoy flexible scheduling—choose your own hours!
- The program operates from 7 am to 11 pm CST, Monday to Sunday, with options for both weekdays and weekends.

Work Environment Requirements:
- A quiet, uninterrupted workspace.
- An organized desk area.
- Professional appearance during video interactions.

Technology Requirements:
- A personal computer (tablets are not acceptable).
- A broadband internet connection with a recommended speed of at least 10 MBPS; wired connection required (no Wi-Fi or mobile internet).
- Windows 11 operating system.
- Valid antivirus software that is up-to-date and operational.
- A USB headset with a microphone.
- For Mac users, only Intel-based machines with Windows 11 installed via Apple’s Boot Camp are accepted.
- A webcam is required.

Important Information:
- The relationship between you and Working Solutions is strictly contractual, meaning you will remain an independent contractor throughout the assignment.
- Working Solutions will not withhold taxes on your earnings. You will agree to waive any claims against Working Solutions regarding benefits typically provided to employees, such as vacation pay or health benefits.
