Just Got 2 Have It! is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to assist with accurately entering, maintaining, and updating company data. This role plays a key part in supporting daily operations by ensuring information is complete, accurate, and well-organized.
Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and systems
Verify information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Review and correct data errors in a timely manner
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and customer information
Organize digital records and maintain proper documentation
Assist with preparing basic reports and data summaries
Follow established data entry procedures and quality standards
Meet productivity and accuracy goals
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous data entry, clerical, or administrative experience preferred
Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer applications
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Experience with spreadsheets and database systems
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency
