Job Title: Document Control SpecialistJob Description The Documentation Specialist is responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining documentation related to quality and environmental health and safety activities. This role involves classifying, storing, retrieving, and updating information using various databases and software tools, including MS Office and PDF management programs. The specialist supports internal audits, assists with documentation for material review and process changes, and ensures accurate record-keeping for calibration and compliance activities. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the quality control team and support ongoing improvement initiatives. Additional Skills & Qualifications + High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required. + 3-5 years of related experience in documentation, administrative support, or a manufacturing environment preferred. + Experience with ISO documentation or quality systems is advantageous. Work Environment The role is based in a manufacturing facility in Burbank, CA, within the Quality department. Overtime may be required based on workload. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Burbank, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
