Document Control Specialist
Location: Fort Worth, Texas| Onsite
Compensation & Schedule
• $18.00 - 18.25/hour
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• W2, Contract

ROLE IMPACT
This role ensures accurate handling, organization, and digitization of critical documents to support operational efficiency and compliance. Success is defined by precise document control, responsiveness to retrieval requests, and consistent adherence to SOPs and confidentiality standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Inventory, receive, return, and verify documents against audit sheets
• Categorize, file, and retrieve records using alphanumeric systems
• Troubleshoot document control processes for SOP compliance
• Scan, digitize, and quality-check documents for digital archiving
• Respond to document requests and maintain information security
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 1+ year experience in document control or records management
• Familiarity with scanning equipment and office machinery
• Ability to organize, file, and retrieve documents efficiently
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Standard office equipment (copiers, scanners)
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Knowledge of in-house scanning products and procedures
