Qualifications:

• Real Estate License required or in progress.
• Experience in customer service or sales, showcasing your ability to connect with clients.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and verbally.
• Proven track record of being proactive and taking initiative in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and real estate practices.
• Familiarity with the Dallas-Plano-Irving real estate market is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with team members to achieve goals.
