If you're coachable, ambitious, and ready to grow, we’ll provide the full support you need to succeed! This is a commission-only position; compensation is based on transactions closed. Responsibilities:

• Participate in ongoing educational sessions with industry professionals.
• Participate in structured training sessions focused on sales, client service, and lead management.
• Collaborate with other agents to share best practices and generate opportunities.
• Provide excellent client service with responsiveness, professionalism, and follow-through.
• Manage leads provided by the brokerage and follow up using our CRM systems.

Qualifications:

• Team player with a collaborative mindset.
• Comfortable working in a commission-only compensation structure.
• Familiarity with CRM tools or willingness to learn quickly.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly driven with strong time management and organizational skills.
• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
