Are you passionate about creating memorable dining experiences? Join the team at The Greek Bar, a new restaurant dedicated to bringing contemporary Greek cuisine to the heart of Austin. As a part of our opening team, you'll have the unique opportunity to help shape our restaurant's culture while delivering warm, welcoming service to our guests.

What We're Looking For:

• A minimum of 2 year of fine dining serving
  
• Strong wine knowledge
• Exceptional customer service skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
  
• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
  
• Familiarity with beverages, with a willingness to expand your knowledge (servers).
  
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  
• Previous experience using Toast POS systems is a plus.
  
• Active TABC and Food Handler certifications (required).
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver an outstanding guest experience by upholding high standards of food and beverage quality and service.
  
• Exhibit extensive menu knowledge, confidently answer guest questions, and provide thoughtful recommendations (service staff).
  
• Accurately relay orders to the kitchen and bar team, ensuring seamless communication and timely service (service staff).
  
• Anticipate and respond to guest needs, collaborating effectively with fellow team members and management.
  
• Complete assigned side work to maintain smooth daily operations.
  
• Contribute to a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
