Job Description
The General Manager will oversee the operations of Nielsen Automotive Group's car dealerships located in Sussex County, NJ.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales and service strategies to drive growth
- Manage daily operations of the dealerships
- Lead multi teams of sales, office and service personnel
- Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a high level of service at all locations
- Handle Marketing initiatives to promote growth
- Cost control and revenue growth
Requirements:
- Prior experience in automotive industry as a General Manager
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of success
- Knowledge of automotive industry trends and regulations
