Job Description

We are a well-established Central NY Heating & Air Conditioning Company that Services residential and Light Commercial HVAC Systems. We have been in business for over 15 years and want someone who will provide quality service to our clients and customers. We have a Full-Time positions open for an Experienced Service Technician. We are looking for someone who is dependable & trustworthy.

Duties:

• Perform maintenance and repairs to HVAC Equipment.
• Identify, diagnose and repair systems ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Use Hand Tools and Power Tools.
• Keep current on all manufacturer's products concerning their installation and/or repair.
• Complete all paperwork associated with the maintenance and/or repair.
• On-Call rotation.

Qualifications:

• Team-oriented with the ability to work well and communicate with others.
• Understanding of HVAC systems field experience.
• The ability to install HVAC systems and components.
• The ability to maintain and repair HVAC systems and components.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and system literature.
• Must own personal tools of the trade.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Demonstrates the willingness to accept responsibility.
• Neat, professional appearance.
• Possess Valid Driver's License and clean driving record; clean pre-employment screening.

Hourly pay, plus commission. Compensation contingent on skills and experience. Normal business hours Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, we rotate weeknights and weekends "On Call" duties. We offer Health Care after the 60-day probationary period, IRA & Paid Holidays.
