Insight Global is searching for a skilled HVAC Service Technician to support an HVAC organization local to the Richmond, VA area. This individual will be responsible for servicing, maintenance, and repair for commercial HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service HVAC systems, including air conditioners, heaters, and ventilation systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues and perform necessary repairs.
- Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal system performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and explaining repair and maintenance procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed, including service reports and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices.
