Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Infor CSI (SyteLine) Financial Consultant to join our client’s team in a direct hire capacity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial module implementations within the Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) ERP system and will play a key role in guiding clients through successful implementations, optimizations, and financial process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation and configuration of Infor CSI (SyteLine) financial modules, including GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, and Financial Reporting.
Analyze client business processes and provide strategic solutions to optimize financial workflows within SyteLine.
Work closely with end-users, stakeholders, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of financial modules with other business functions.
Conduct training sessions and provide post-go-live support to ensure user adoption and system efficiency.
Assist with system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting financial-related issues.
Develop reports and dashboards using Infor’s reporting tools to provide financial insights.
Provide expert-level guidance on GAAP compliance, financial controls, and best practices within ERP systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
Qualifications:
Minimum 7 years of experience implementing and supporting Infor CSI (SyteLine) financial modules.
Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial accounting principles, and best practices within an ERP environment.
Hands-on experience with SyteLine Financials, Multi-Site Accounting, Consolidations, and Cost Accounting .
Proficiency in SQL, Infor Mongoose Framework, and Reporting Tools (SSRS, Mongoose Reports, or equivalent).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present solutions and train end-users.
Ability to travel 50% to client sites as required.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in manufacturing industries using SyteLine.
CPA, CMA, or equivalent financial certification is a plus.
Prior consulting experience with a proven track record of successful ERP implementations.
