Inventory Coordinator

Location: Chick-fil-A Pasadena, CA (1700 E. Colorado Blvd. Pasadena, CA)

Hours: Monday - Saturday, 6:00 AM - 11:00 AM

Pay: $21 per hour

What You’ll Do:

• Order & Manage Inventory – Accurately place and receive inventory orders using our ordering system.
• Inventory Counts – Complete inventory counts of over 300 products on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to ensure accurate stock levels.
• Organize & Label Stock – Ensure all products are properly labeled, rotated, and stored for maximum efficiency and freshness.
• Maintain Accuracy – Keep track of stock levels to prevent shortages or overstock.
• Communicate Effectively – Work closely with leadership and team members to ensure inventory needs are met.
• Ensure Cleanliness & Compliance – Maintain a well-organized stockroom that meets Chick-fil-A’s high standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to learn and use our inventory ordering system
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members
• A self-starter who can manage tasks independently
• Able to lift and move stock as needed. Up to 50 pounds
