The Junior Project Manager will support the daily operations of the IT Program Management Office (PMO) and Change Management (CM) functions. This role is crucial for maintaining process integrity, driving compliance, and promoting the value of PMO and CM across the IT organization. The ideal candidate will be organized, a strong communicator, and passionate about enabling successful project delivery and seamless production deployments.

Responsibilities:
- Administer PMO and CM tools, including scheduling and facilitating meetings.
- Maintain and update the repository of project artifact templates.
- Coordinate and manage reporting across multiple projects and programs.
- Prepare presentations and materials for leadership and stakeholder meetings.
- Develop, update, and deliver training materials on PMO and CM tools and processes.
- Ensure consistent compliance with PMO and Change Management standards and procedures.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- 7 years of experience managing IT projects.
- Proven experience supporting PMO and Change Management operations.
- Hands-on experience with Administration of Project Portfolio Management tools.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated ability to train and coach others on tools and processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project).
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- PMP certification.
Special Considerations:
- Absences greater than two weeks must be approved in advance.
- Must be comfortable being onsite 3 days a week.
