Upscale French Restaurant Group is seeking a professional and experienced Junior Sous Chef to assist the Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine in achieving excellence in the kitchen. The Junior Sous Chef would be tasked with ensuring that the kitchen staff operates in an efficient and timely manner while maintaining the restaurant’s high level of quality. As Junio r Sous Chef, you will supervise the preparation and execution of food items , as well as oversee food handling and safety protocols. The Junior Sous Chef also assists with inventory management and manag ement of supplies . Strong time management and organizational skills are important for this role.
