No exp reqd Min OTJ training provided. workers will operate bobcats, grading tractors, chain saws as well as other hand and power tools. installation of mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. Workers will multi-task in all aspects of landscaping, edging, installing shrubs, trees and all facets of landscape installation, mowing, trimming and digging. Use blocks, rocks, stones, mulch, dirt, plant material and many similar products in landscaping. Involves lifting and carrying of 50 lbs frequently Employer paid post hire random drug testing. Must be able to work in cold, wet, hot and humid weather and able to work on their feet in bent, stooped or standing positions for long periods of time. May be required to take post hire random drug and/or alcohol tests, at no cost to the worker. Testing positive or failure to comply may result in immediate termination. Transportation provided to jobsite from central location The employer will make the following deductions as applicable: FICA, Federal/State Taxes, court ordered child support, garnishments and liens according to individual circumstances, all as required by law, repayments of cash advances or loans, & repayment of over payment of wages to the worker. Any damage to or loss of equipment/tools caused by a willful act or gross negligence will be deducted from workers found to have been responsible for such damage. Other deductions may be made if expressly authorized by the worker in writing. Possibility of performance based raise, Saturday work and overtime. Employer will: provide nec tools supplies & equip at no cost; reimburse worker for trans costs & subsistence to worksite when 50% of work period completed & return trans & subsistence from place of employ once employment is completed or worker dismissed at $16.28 per day during travel to max of $68 per day w/receipts; reimburse H-2B worker in first workweek all visa, border fees & other related fees incurred.
