Job Description

Responsibilities

• Learn and understand KE’s mission, brand voice, company goals, and core values.
• Assist with content creation for social media, web, video, and print.
• Support campaign execution and track performance across marketing channels.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Help plan and coordinate events, both internal and external.
• Assist in developing presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.
• Provide general support to the marketing team, including administrative tasks.
• Contribute creative ideas and feedback in team meetings.
• Follow KE’s safety policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Strong interest in marketing and brand storytelling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, analytics tools, and digital marketing trends.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Current enrollment in a Marketing, Communications, Business, or related bachelor’s/master’s program.
• Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Pay Range:  $18.00 - $25.00/Hour DOE
