Job Title: Medical Assistant Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and driven Medical Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities + Assist with residency documentation and insurance verification. + Manage referrals and maintain accurate records. + Utilize Athena EMR and Nextgen systems effectively. + Perform lab instrumentation tasks and ensure proper sterilization procedures. + Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking patients. Essential Skills + Proficiency in Athena EMR and Nextgen. + Fluency in Spanish, including reading, writing, and speaking. + Strong administrative skills. + Experience or knowledge in women's health. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Flexibility to work at different locations as needed. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Los Angeles, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
