Job Description

About Noble Mentors

Noble Mentors is a therapeutic mentoring organization dedicated to helping teens and young adults build lives of integrity, independence, and purpose. We provide real-world, relationship-based support that complements therapy and family systems work. Our mentors walk beside clients as allies — helping them practice life skills, develop self-awareness, and integrate insights from therapy into daily life.

We collaborate closely with therapists, parents, and care teams to ensure each client receives consistent, compassionate, and grounded support.

About the Role

We are currently seeking a female mentor to support young women in the Denver and Boulder areas.
This role involves working one-on-one with clients in the age range of 12-30 who are navigating life transitions, mental health challenges, or the process of developing independence.

The ideal candidate is warm, grounded, and emotionally mature — someone who can model healthy boundaries, authentic communication, and accountability. The mentor will often work in coordination with a client’s therapist, helping translate therapeutic goals into day-to-day action and relational practice.

Several of our current clients have requested to work with a female mentor for comfort and relational alignment. Female applicants are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients 1–3 times per week (typically 1–3 hours per visit).
  • Provide structured, relational mentoring that supports emotional regulation, executive functioning, and real-world life skills.
  • Communicate regularly with therapists, parents, and care teams for continuity of support.
  • Model authenticity, balance, and presence in both conversation and action.
  • Support clients in building independence, social connection, and self-confidence.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with youth or young adults in mentoring, coaching, residential, transitional, or wilderness therapy settings.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills.
  • Professionalism, reliability, and grounded interpersonal presence.
  • Ability to collaborate with therapists and families.
  • Must be at least 21 years old with reliable transportation and a clean background check.

Compensation
$40–$50 per hour depending on experience.
(Independent contractor / 1099 position)
