Role Overview

As a Mobile Forensics Specialist , you will serve as a trusted expert in MSAB’s core products: XRY, XAMN, and XEC . You will help sales teams and clients fully understand and realize the capabilities of our solutions through technical demonstrations, curated materials, educational events, and direct engagement. This is a remote position based in California and requires approximately 50% travel within the region and occasionally beyond, depending on business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Become a subject-matter expert in XRY, XAMN, and XEC, mastering their features and workflows.
• Conduct technical demonstrations and answer in-depth questions for prospective clients in your region.
• Develop content including demonstration scripts, webinars, whitepapers, and videos to support sales and marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Training, and Marketing teams for on-site visits, workshops, and conferences.
• Continuously expand and refresh your technical knowledge and share insights with internal teams.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience or deep familiarity with mobile forensics (e.g., law enforcement, defense, government, or private forensic laboratories).
• Strong ability to understand investigative procedures and operational needs around digital evidence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to simplify complex technical content.
• Highly motivated, disciplined, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Flexible collaborator with a proactive, customer-centric mindset.

Preferred Experience

• Certifications in mobile forensics (e.g., MSAB CMFS, Cellebrite, CFCE).
• Experience delivering training or technical workshops.
• Familiarity with sales enablement processes.
• Comfortable creating demonstration materials and scripts.
