Program Overview As a New Graduate Account Executive, you will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to develop the skills needed to succeed in technical sales and customer relationship management. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to support business development initiatives and provide solutions to customers in the semiconductor space.
Responsibilities - Support the identification of new business opportunities in test wafer services, foundry services, and communication products
- Assist in developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Learn to conduct outreach efforts including emails, calls, and follow-ups
- Help manage and update CRM tools to track customer interactions and sales activity
- Partner with engineering, marketing, and operations teams to align customer needs with company offerings
- Participate in customer meetings, product discussions, and industry events with senior team members
- Support market research and analysis to help refine sales strategies
- Contribute to the preparation of presentations, proposals, and sales documentation
- Occasional travel may be required
Requirements - Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Communications, Physics, or a related field
- Recent graduate or graduating soon
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, technical environment
- Self-starter with attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office; experience with CRM tools is a plus
- Interest in semiconductors, photonics, or technical sales is a bonus
