**Key Responsibilities:**
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation.
- Order and track office supplies to ensure adequate inventory levels.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings, including room bookings and preparing necessary materials.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports and presentations.
- Perform data entry and manage databases with attention to detail.
- Support team members with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
- Ensure the office is clean, tidy, and organized at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and couriers.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
