As a Banquet Server, you'll be the face of hospitality during special occasions. Your attentiveness, professionalism, and friendly demeanor will help guests feel welcomed and cared for, turning events into experiences they'll remember.
What You'll Do
Set up banquet rooms according to event plans, including tables, linens, and place settings.
Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally during events.
Refill drinks, clear plates, and maintain a tidy event space.
Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly to requests.
Assist with post-event breakdown and cleanup.
Qualifications

Ability to lift 50-75 pounds and stay comfortable on their feet for the entire shift
Ideally looking for a candidate with serving experience in high volume hotel or restaurant environment
• Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Positive attitude and teamwork skills
• Effective communication, both written and verbal
• Extreme attention to detail and quality
• Ability to follow verbal directions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
