Part-Time Veterinary Receptionist – Friendly, Organized, Animal-Loving!

About Us:
We’re an independent, single doctor, protocol-driven animal hospital in Bartlett, Illinois, dedicated to providing exceptional care to cats and dogs and outstanding service to their people. We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Part-Time Receptionist to be the first smiling face our clients see when they walk through the door.

Position Details:

• We will train the right person – veterinary experience not required

What We’re Looking For:

• Warm, friendly personality and a love for animals
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and customer service skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once
• Comfortable with basic math and computer skills
• Prompt, dependable, and a strong team player
• Appreciation for cleanliness, professionalism, and written protocols

Responsibilities Include:

• Greeting clients and checking in patients
• Answering phones and scheduling appointments
• Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
• Communicating with clients in person, by phone, and via email
• Keeping the reception area clean and welcoming
