Reporting to the Director Surgical Services, the Perioperative Nurse Manager will oversee all clinical and administrative functions of a 7 Operating Room department with a staff 30 FTE's. Responsibilities include coordinating patient care, ensuring adherence to clinical policies, implementing best practices, and fostering a collaborative team environment. An essential aspect of the role involves mentoring and developing the nursing staff, ensuring high standards of care, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.
