More:

I invite you to join the AWS Specialists and Partners (ASP) Operations' Business Integration Team (BIT), where you will play a pivotal role in reshaping the internal partner experience at AWS. Our mission is to offer a cohesive, integrated, and intelligent experience for managing partner relationships, with a focus on partner co-sell and pipeline management capabilities. You will represent our internal customers, who are in partner-facing roles, understanding their needs and collaborating with our engineering teams to develop solutions that eliminate fragmentation between partner systems and drive efficiency. Partners act as a force multiplier for AWS, enhancing reach and revenue through our extensive network of partners. This is an exceptional opportunity to enhance AWS’s internal capabilities, enabling better co-selling with partners while leveraging intelligent automation and AI solutions.

In a typical day, I might start by reviewing feedback from internal customers regarding their co-sell tool experiences. I would work closely with engineering teams on developing new features, like improving partner recommendation integrations in seller workflows. Between meetings, I would analyze feature launch data to measure improvements in pipeline efficiency and engage with sales operations teams to understand their challenges. Throughout the day, I advocate for our internal customers, ensuring we create solutions that optimize partner co-selling efficiency and help grow our partner business.

The BIT team within ASP Operations is a diverse group of product managers and operations experts dedicated to transforming how AWS collaborates with partners. Our team culture fosters curiosity, customer focus, and data-driven decision-making. We believe in thinking long, acting now, balancing immediate customer needs with long-term systematic improvements. As a product manager on our team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact while working alongside supportive colleagues who are invested in your success. We cultivate a collaborative team culture founded on trust and promote ongoing learning and career growth.

We value diverse perspectives and encourage candidates with various experiences to apply, even if you don't meet every qualification. At AWS, we embrace our differences and foster a culture of inclusion through events that inspire us to appreciate our uniqueness. We also prioritize work-life harmony and provide resources for mentorship and career advancement to help you grow into a well-rounded professional.
