Quality Assurance Technician - Protect Food Quality & Safety
Attention quality professionals! We're hiring Quality Assurance Technicians for a night-shift (6p-6a) role with our client , one of the largest manufacturing organizations in Aroostook County, known for stability and strong food safety standards. These positions pay $17.50-$21/hr and are temp-to-hire .
This is a hands-on QA role ideal for detail-oriented professionals who enjoy food safety, inspections, and ensuring product compliance in a team-based manufacturing environment. Apply today!
Typical daily duties:
Perform routine quality and food safety checks throughout production
Verify CCPs/CQPs, conduct GMP audits, and complete environmental swabbing
Collect, test, and document product samples for compliance
Conduct pre-operational inspections to ensure production readiness
What we're looking for:
High school diploma or equivalent required
1-2 years of quality assurance experience with food safety knowledge
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft programs for data entry and reporting
