We are hiring a Residential & Commercial Plumbing Supervisor to lead a team of plumbers and perform hands-on plumbing work. This role requires strong technical skills, the ability to work independently, and the leadership to train, direct, and inspect the work of others. Experience with government contracts is a plus.
Supervise and support a team of plumbers on residential and commercial jobs.
Train, mentor, and develop plumbing staff.
Inspect completed work for quality, code compliance, and proper installation.
Assign daily tasks and ensure projects stay on schedule.
Perform hands-on plumbing installation, repair, and troubleshooting.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and job specifications.
Maintain accurate documentation, work orders, and job notes.
Communicate with office staff, contractors, and customers.
Follow all safety procedures and company standards.
Assist with government contract documentation and compliance when applicable.
5+ years of plumbing experience (residential and commercial).
Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
Strong troubleshooting and installation skills.
Ability to work independently and lead a team.
Clean and valid driver's license (required).
Knowledge of plumbing codes, safety practices, and inspection standards.
Government contract experience is a plus.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in diverse job-site environments.
