Requirements: 🎓
✅ Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or related field
✅ 5+ years in automation/controls systems (PLC, VFD, SCADA)
✅ 1+ year in sales OR 5+ years in applications engineering with customer interface
✅ Strong understanding of control system design and coding
✅ Excellent communication and presentation skills
✅ Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
✅ Background solving complex automation challenges
✅ Comfortable advocating solutions to technical and executive audiences
