JD: Salesforce FSC Business Analyst

At least 8+ yrs of relevant work experience in Business Analyst role.
Good exposure of client and stakeholder management.
Experienced in coordinating with development team to fill the gap between IT and Business.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in analyzing business processes and documenting requirements.
Knowledge of Salesforce configuration and various platform features.
Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Experience with FSC (or Financial Services industry experience), integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems is often a plus.
Good to have relevant/basic Salesforce administration/functional certifications.
