Responsibilities

• Operate sanding machines to produce smooth finishes on wood and other materials.
• Inspect finished products for quality and consistency, making adjustments as needed.
• Prepare surfaces for finishing by cleaning, sanding, and applying necessary treatments.
• Mix and apply stains, paints, and sealants according to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Perform routine maintenance on sanding and finishing equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in sanding or finishing roles is a plus.
