Roles & Responsibilities - The Scrum Master helps the team with Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum (stand-up), Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
- They guide the team, product owner, and organization on how to use Scrum effectively.
- The Scrum Master identifies and removes any obstacles that hinder the team's progress.
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
- Understand the specific requirements and challenges of retail banking applications.
- Be familiar with banking regulations and compliance requirements.
- Have experience with core banking systems, payment processing, and other retail banking technologies.
Salary Range - $100,000-$120,000 a year
