Key Accountabilities

• As a Senior RF Engineer, you will own the baseband design from initial product definition till mass production such as schematic design, PCB Design review, Dev.kit design and also the baseband verification and validation.
• Projects RF Development Activities Management to support PM’s Project Management
• Schematic Design and review, PCB design Review
• RF Driver Design
• RF Calibration Design
• RF Issue debug and Fix
• RF Performance improvement or Optimization for Customer and Factory
• RF performance Verification and Validation
• As the Coach of Junior RF Engineer to help team growth

Required Experience

• Familiar with the GSM/EDGE/WCDMA/LTE/NR/V2X/WLAN wireless technology
• Familiar with the 3GPP/IEEE specification for RF requirements of the different technologies
• Familiar with the RF system design for both Tx and Rx and system requirement
• Good RF matching skillset
• Familiar with the RF Equipment, such as Call Box tester, Spectrum analyzer, Network analyze etc.
• Good teamwork capability and high execution are required
• Having RF System design and analysis capability of multi-RF systems Co-existence is a plus
• RF Test Case design capability for special case per customer’s requirements
• Familiar with key RFFE such as the market trend, key requirement, the advantage and disadvantage of different technologies

Required Skills and Competencies

• Bachelor or above, Electronic technique or wireless communication background is preferred
• RF Development experience in wireless products is must, and the experience based on QTI/MTK based wireless solution is a plus
• 5G development experience is preferred and a plus
• The experience of NAD module or automotive application is preferred and a plus
• Good English communication skill is must, and Chinese language capability is plus
