In this pivotal role, you’ll be the face of our customer service operations, helping clients navigate the service process by coordinating vehicle pick-ups, overseeing maintenance appointments, and ensuring timely vehicle returns. Key Responsibilities:
  • Vehicle Transportation: Safely and professionally transport customer vehicles between their homes and our dealership.
  • Customer Interaction: Create a positive, professional experience during vehicle pick-ups and drop-offs, ensuring customers feel valued.
  • Technology Utilization: Use the Driver Q App to efficiently manage vehicle pick-ups and returns.
  • Vehicle Preparation: Ensure that every vehicle is delivered in pristine condition by completing tasks such as washing, vacuuming, and performing final inspections.
  • Accurate Documentation: Maintain precise records of all vehicle movements and services performed to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws and dealership safety protocols to ensure the secure transportation of vehicles.
  • Exceptional Customer Service: Address customer needs promptly and professionally to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the service team to coordinate vehicle pick-ups, deliveries, and assist with additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
  • Leadership Abilities: Proven ability to take initiative and lead tasks effectively.
  • Customer Service Expertise: Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with Red Cap, Outlook, and Google Sheets is preferred.
  • Positive Attitude: A can-do spirit with an outgoing, friendly personality.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Driving Skills: Confident driving various vehicle makes, models, and sizes.
  • Reliability: Dependable and punctual, with reliable transportation to and from work.
  • Driver's License: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to handling customer and employer information.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to spend most of the day driving and performing tasks related to vehicle preparation and transport.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing schedules and priorities.
