PROPERTY MANAGER
Prestige Management Inc., is an established management company with more than 45 years of residential housing management experience. We are seeking an experienced property manager for scattered sites in Harlem. Our ideal candidate should be highly motivated with demonstrated ability to manage multiple and complex operational matters efficiently and with accuracy.

Qualifications :
2+ years’ experience in affordable housing, HUD, including project-based Section 8 knowledge (NYCHA and HPD) and annual certifications. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Yardi Voyager experience a plus. Affordable housing certification preferred.
